Sam's Law

Sam's Law is a new state law that went into effect June 6th, 2022. It requires all local organizations to document any violations of anti-hazing policies, state or federal laws relating to hazing, alcohol, drugs, sexual assault, physical violence, or the institution's code of conduct committed in the last 5 years. The Theta Nu Chapter of Delta Delta Delta must list any violation in the last 5 years. Where, Delta Delta Delta's nationals does not. Theta Nu has had no violations in the past 5 years.
